Description:
DICLOCRABÂ Injection
- Is more effective than tramadol 50 mg IV in the prevention of post-operative pain
- Has opiod-sparing and can be safely used In surgery without significant adverse effects.
- Has a rapid onset of action which suggests additional clinical benefit which may improve the safety and efficacy of post-operative analgesia.
- Effective and safe in the management of post-operative pain with a significantly lower need for rescue analgesia and less pain at site of injection and an added advantage of intra-deltoid use which is especially helpful obese/overweight patients with a thick subcutaneous pad fat over the gluteal region
